Temperature under control in every corner of your warehouse
We deploy environmental monitoring systems and carry out temperature mapping and validation in line with the EAEU GDP Rules, Order No. 260n and SanPiN. For warehouses, pharmacies, healthcare facilities and manufacturing sites.
- ±0.5 °C verified sensors
- 7 days mapping per the EEC methodology
- 24/7 alarms via SMS and MAX
- Smartag temperature indicators of our own manufacture
Find the right solution in two steps
Choose your facility and your goal, and we will show you where to start.
Everything you need for compliant storage
From the first measurement to daily control and a Roszdravnadzor inspection: one team and one data system.
Hladverk Group monitoring system
Verified sensors, wired and wireless links, and software built on the Rapid SCADA platform: a gap-free electronic log, escalating alarms, inspection-ready reports and a mobile app.
More about the system MappingHot and cold spots
Warehouses, cold rooms, freezers down to −80 °C, refrigerated trucks and insulated containers. Protocol and report per EEC Recommendation No. 8.
Mapping methodology ValidationIQ, OQ, PQ and Annex 11
Qualification of storage areas and computerized system validation per EAEU GMP.
Our own productSmartag temperature indicators
Temperature and humidity during storage and transport; listed in the Federal Register of Approved Measuring Instruments.
Engineering systemsLow-voltage systems
Fire alarm, fire warning and evacuation, access control, CCTV and structured cabling, from design to commissioning.
Smartag temperature indicators, made by us
They record temperature and humidity during storage and transport, form the backbone of our temperature mapping, and connect to monitoring systems via the Smartag Zond probe.

The requirements our solutions are built around
One system instead of paper logs, phone calls and spreadsheets
The duty officer sees the alarm on their phone, the Qualified Person gets the report and the investigation, and the inspector gets the log for any period.
- Electronic log per Order 260nrecorded daily, weekends included, in a tamper-proof archive
- Escalating alarmsSMS, phone call, MAX, push; if nobody responds, the next person is alerted
- Deviation, investigation, CAPAacknowledgment with a stated cause and corrective actions in the same system
- Russian software platformRapid SCADA from the Register of Russian Software, Astra Linux and RED OS
How a project runs
- Site survey
Floor plan, zones and temperature ranges, existing sensors and networks.
- Mapping
A grid of verified data loggers, hot and cold spots, two seasons for a warehouse.
- Design and installation
Sensors at the risk points, wired lines or a wireless network, a control cabinet.
- Configuration and validation
Alarm limits and escalation, reports, IQ, OQ and PQ testing.
- Ongoing support
Verification without interrupting monitoring, maintenance, risk-based re-mapping.
Why you can trust us
Every claim can be checked against a document, a register entry or a report.
The storage rules have changed
Orders No. 646n and No. 706n are no longer in force. If your SOPs and reports still refer to them, an inspector will notice.
What applies in 2026- 31 May 2025Order No. 646n on good storage and transportation practice ceased to be in force
- 1 September 2025the Storage Rules, Order No. 260n, took effect: wholesalers place sensors based on mapping results
- 21 March 2026Roszdravnadzor inspection checklists came into use (Order No. 5803)
- 23 May 2026the EEC guideline on temperature mapping applies
