What support includes
| Task | Frequency | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Verification schedule and reminders | ongoing | no sensor operates with an expired verification |
| Sensor verification | per the verification interval in the type description (usually 1–3 years) | verification record in FSIS Arshin, entry in the maintenance log |
| Replacement from the pool during verification | at every verification | uninterrupted monitoring and archive |
| Calibration | on request or per internal procedure | certificate with actual error values, drift assessment |
| Testing of alarms and notification channels | quarterly | confirmation that SMS, calls and MAX messages reach recipients |
| Check of UPS units, GSM modules, wireless sensor batteries | every six months | components replaced before they fail |
| Archive and backup checks | monthly | restore test, integrity report |
| Periodic review of the validated state | annually | report on changes and the need for repeat testing |
| Software updates | by agreement | change control and regression testing |
Verification vs. calibration: what is the difference
Verification confirms that a measuring instrument meets metrological requirements and is mandatory for measurements within the scope of state regulation, which includes monitoring of storage conditions for medicinal products. The result is entered in FSIS Arshin. Calibration determines actual error values and helps assess drift between verifications, especially for humidity sensors.
SanPiN 3.3686-21 requires the supplier or carrier of immunobiological medicinal products to confirm, at the recipient’s request, that verifications are up to date, and the supporting documents must be kept by the person responsible for the cold chain. Under our support service, we prepare this package automatically.

Frequently asked questions
How often do sensors need to be verified?
At the verification interval specified in the type description of the measuring instrument: usually 1–2 years for thermohygrometers, and up to 3 years for some sensors.
Is monitoring interrupted during verification?
No. We install sensors from our replacement pool, and the system records the swap with serial numbers.
Can you support a system from another manufacturer?
Yes, if the equipment is documented and accessible for diagnostics. We start with an audit of the system and its documentation.
