I, the data subject, by completing a form on the website https://hladverk.ru and ticking the consent box, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Hladverk Group LLC (TIN (INN) 7751225272; OGRN 1227700349293; address: 2 Kremenkovskoye Shosse, Protvino, Serpukhov Urban District, Moscow Region, 142281, Russia; e-mail for personal data requests: info@hladverk.ru) (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Personal data covered
Name; telephone number; e-mail address; name of organization; content of the inquiry; information I provide in a request or in a message to a manager; technical data transmitted when the form is submitted: IP address, date and time of submission, browser information, the website page from which the form was submitted, the address of the page from which I came to the website, and the tags of the advertising link, if I followed one.
2. Purposes of processing
Reviewing my inquiry and request; sending to the e-mail address I have provided a confirmation of receipt of the inquiry together with a copy of it; contacting me by telephone and e-mail to provide consultation, calculate the cost and prepare a commercial proposal; entering into and performing a contract at my request; evidencing that consent has been obtained; recording which advertising links and websites inquiries come from.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the persons specified in Section 4, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools. Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, rectification and retrieval of personal data are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
4. Persons entrusted with processing
The Operator may entrust the processing to the following persons, provided that they maintain confidentiality and apply security measures:

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
5. Term and withdrawal of consent
This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 3 years from the date of my last inquiry, or until consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by sending a letter to the Operator at info@hladverk.ru or by post to its registered address. Following withdrawal, the Operator shall cease processing and destroy the data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
6. My rights
I have been informed of the rights provided for in Chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, including the right to obtain information about the processing of my data, to demand its rectification, blocking or destruction, and to appeal against the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court. The processing procedure is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
