How the preliminary result is calculated
The calculation uses the grid from the EEC Guideline on temperature mapping: the number of points along the length and width depends on the size of the room, the number of levels depends on the height of the top storage level, and extra data loggers are added for each risk zone you mark. The same formula is used in the data logger placement calculator.

This is an estimate, not a commercial proposal. Our manager will confirm the final number of points, the study duration and the price after talking to you: these depend on access to the facility, the season, the number of rooms and whether monitoring and qualification are needed at the same time.
What happens after you submit
- Email confirmation
Right after you submit, you receive an email at the address provided with your request number, a copy of your answers and a link to the consent text.
- Follow-up questions
Our manager will contact you during business hours. If you attach a floor plan and photos of the storage area, there will be fewer questions; you can also send them later in reply to the email.

Frequently asked questions
Can I fill in one questionnaire for several rooms?
Yes. Enter the dimensions of the largest room and list the others in the comment, with their dimensions and temperature ranges. If there are many rooms, our manager will send you a spreadsheet to fill in.
Where do my answers go?
Into a request on our server in Russia and into an email to our manager. A copy is sent to your email. Your answers are not passed to messengers or any other external services.
What if I don't know the racking height or the temperature range?
Skip the field and mention it in the comment — our manager will clarify by phone. Without dimensions the preliminary estimate will not be shown, but your request will still be sent.
