2. Whose data is processed
- visitors to the website https://hladverk.ru;
- persons who have submitted a request, question or message via the forms or the AI assistant;
- representatives of clients and partners.

Special categories of personal data and biometric personal data are not processed.
4. Purposes of processing
- handling requests, providing consultations, calculating costs, preparing proposals;
- entering into and performing contracts;
- answering questions via the AI assistant;
- protecting the website against spam and abuse;
- visit statistics and website improvement — only with consent to analytics cookies.
5. Storage location and retention periods
The personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematized, accumulated, stored, rectified and retrieved using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of 152-FZ).

6. Transfer to third parties
Data is not sold and is not transferred to third parties for their own purposes. Processing is entrusted only to the following persons on the basis of a contract:

No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. Data may be provided to government authorities only in cases provided for by law.
7. How data is protected
- encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the entire website;
- the database is hosted in certified cloud infrastructure in Russia, with role-based access only;
- protection of forms against automated submissions (Yandex SmartCaptcha), request rate limiting, spam filtering;
- encryption of backups, access logging;
- appointment of a person responsible for organizing personal data processing, staff training;
- deletion of data upon expiry of the retention periods.
8. Data subject rights and how to submit a request
You may request information about the processing of your data, demand its rectification, blocking or destruction, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@hladverk.ru. A response is provided within 10 business days, which may be extended by no more than 5 business days in cases provided for by law. You have the right to appeal against the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.
9. Changes
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page. Changes to the consent text do not apply to requests submitted earlier: for each request, the version of the consent in effect at the time of submission is stored.
