1. General provisions
This Agreement governs the use of the website https://hladverk.ru (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Hladverk Group LLC (hereinafter, the “Owner”). By using the Website, you accept the terms of this Agreement. The processing of personal data is governed by separate documents: the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing.
2. Rules of use
By using the Website, you undertake:
- not to take any actions that disrupt the operation of the Website, including automated data collection and mass requests;
- not to send advertising, malicious links or unlawful information via the forms or the AI assistant;
- to provide in your requests accurate contact details that belong to you or to a person on whose behalf you act with their consent.
3. Handling of requests
A request submitted via the Website does not constitute a contract and does not oblige the parties to enter into one. A manager contacts the sender during business hours using the contact details provided. Information about products and services on the Website does not constitute a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); the terms of supply and service provision are determined by contract.
4. AI assistant
The assistant’s answers are generated automatically on the basis of the Website’s materials and are for reference only. They do not constitute expert advice, a commercial proposal or a legal opinion. For accurate information on specifications, prices and lead times, please contact a manager. Do not share personal data with the assistant: use the request form to get in touch.
5. Website materials
The texts, illustrations, diagrams, software code and design of the Website are the intellectual property of the Owner. Quotation is permitted to the extent justified by the purpose of quotation, with a reference to the Website (Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Any other use is permitted only with the Owner’s written permission. The names Smartag and Hladverk Group are used by the Owner in respect of its own products; third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
Information on regulatory requirements is published for reference purposes and may become outdated; check the official texts of the documents before applying them. The Owner is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the Website’s materials or the AI assistant’s answers, for temporary unavailability of the Website, or for the content of third-party resources to which links lead.
7. Governing law
